We are currently looking for an experienced Online Marketing Coordinator driven for success and capable of supporting the Online Marketing team to reach its goals. This is a terrific opportunity for someone to learn all aspects of digital marketing from a growing, global brand.


Job Description:  The Online Marketing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the organisation and support of the Yachtico online marketing team through website updates, product marketing and sales, social media integration and promotions, as well as general department-wide support.

  • Assist in building profitable web marketing programs: work to maximize online and mobile ecommerce conversions
  • Work in diverse web publishing environments to update product information, promote campaigns and deliver timely content
  • Maintain and support the continuous improvement of online marketing systems, processes, and capabilities
  • Recommend campaign adjustments, new campaigns, merchandising and innovative testing to elevate online marketing results
  • Support with search engine optimization, website analytics and audits, and editorial calendar tracking
  • Assist with social media monitoring, research and site integration, as well as contest execution and prize fulfilment
  • Provide support for various retail and international marketing initiatives

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related area (advantage)

Native English speaker with high proficiency in German (or willingness to learn German)

1-3 years’ experience with website content management systems

Obsessive level of organization and attention to detail

Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities

Great interpersonal skills to work with a fun and diverse, international team

Ability to be flexible and learn new applications and provide fresh solutions to challenges

Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript - an advantage

Passion for new and emerging media channels and technologies
